Chef Sarah Glover proudly represented Tasmania at a trade event in Seattle, showcasing the island’s world-class produce. With a deep connection to Tasmania, having grown up with uncles who were crayfish fishermen, Sarah highlighted ingredients like Tasman sea salt, beef, crayfish, sea urchins, honey, and Tasmanian whiskey. It was a proud moment to share the unique flavors of Tasmania with an international audience.
