In partnership with Tourism Australia and Pretzel Publishers, The Wild Kitchen celebrated the launch of Sarah Glover’s Wild Adventure Cookbook with dinner in a private garden beneath the Williamsburg Bridge overlooking Manhattan. One hundred high-end media personalities from New York City and beyond dined on local Tasmanian cheeses, Robbins Island Tasmanian Wagyu Tomahawk Steaks, and Bread Sauce.
